Every person who comes in to workout can select their station at the time of booking, and is given a heart rate monitoring device (based on your profile – age, weight, sex), which allows you to monitor exactly how you are performing, and track your progress. At P2, we are not concerned with competition. It’s not a you vs. them mentality, it’s about making you understand the best that you can be… with a little push from us! And unlike other facilities, we do not “pad” your numbers. What you see on the board and the results that are sent to you reflect your accurate performance and calorie burn.
